can anybody help me, my female's tube won't drop. her stripes came about 2 weeks ago and still going strong. what's a better sign to see that her tube is actually dropping? the male is setting up the breeding sight, and the female is throwing rocks around ALOT.

I've heard people say mosquito larva make a female FH lay eggs, boost her sex hormones or something but I haven't tried it yet My male FH is sick and not ready to breed at this time

dont worry the tube will drop only one or two days before she lays the eggs, and if she is digging the rocks its good she is looking for a place to lay, make sure she has a flat surface like a rock or a clay plate big enough, not the actual gravel or glass cause they dont like this a lot. My female usually starts digging weeks in advance before she lays.
