djrice69
all of them variety is key. If you want to target a certain thing then focus on that. But I try to keep it balanced out. And keep up with water changes

All of them are good.

I've seen good head growth whenever i supplement pellets with FD krill.
I usually feed my FH a krill every 10 large pellets of hikari.

The krill contains alot of protein, and I believe some natural digestive enzymes with helps with nutrient absorption.

All that equals monster kok if your fish has good genes.

Don't feed your fish beefheart. Although it contains alot of protein, its protein from a cow. Fish don't eat cow. Fish are not equipped with the right enzymes to break down "steak", and you will only dirty your water. Feed protein from sources that live in WATER. like krill, shrimp, bloodworms, etc.

I feed mine krill, grand sumo and ching mix. Also like Eddy said, variety is the key. I have more food for my fish then I do myself. The more food you offer, the healthier he will be. Also head growth depends on genes. That has a lot to do with it. Nice clean water is also needed, lots of water changes.
