Thanks Anthony. Do I pump 'em up or not? I give them about 2 pellets each meal of Humpy Head (I think it's the same size as Grand Sumo) two times a day. Is this enough?

Humpy Head is definitely not the same as Grand Sumo but I would say yes, pump this little guy up!
