I have 5 Thai Kamalau's 4 are fry the other is a 5" fertile female. just got the fry since my male was a kamfa an too aggressive an her brother was also too aggressive for her as well so i sold them both. Trying to raise a male to breed her with when he reaches maturity. already about 2-3 months old . female is already 7+ months old

Are they under the ZZ classification?

Also what are the high & poor qualities to look for a in Tkml?

I do believe Kamalau are in the GM strain

I am sending them now but they are not the best quality due to them being a camera phone pic with so so lighting they will be up in a few minutes. this is my 5inch female she just laid a few days back an the make fertilized them but broke the barrier and ate some so she killed off the rest for some odd reason owell i just sold the male it was her brother with a nice set of parents.

here are 2 of 3 picsshe is a bit faded for now since having laid but color is coming back im feeding frozen blood worms an hirkari gold color enhancer plus im waiting til friday to get some PEARL FLOWERHORN pellets .

and 3rd pic her colors vary she is either more red or the blue around the flowers gets more dominant but depends on her mood or if she is startled.

i had a Flowerhorn and vieja hybrid it was also beautiful but had the temper equal or worse then a FH

She is a nice fish doesnt nip at my hands only when there are eggs laid she will but other than that a docile towards hands type of fish .. too bad she doesnt like the fry thais i just bought

zz are common strain it is all the mater of top grading not what strain is the best.

So other then a nice kok... what are looked for qualities?

My female has solid flowers no pearls inside an double flowerhorn lines as well.
no kok but not expected fro a female beautiful fish when she is not laying eggs. but every one has their own opinion an judgements.
