i feed mine with BW, daphnia and pellets

12. Grind fresh salmon with hamburger meat grinder; not with food processor.
100% salmon, no garlic, no vitamins, no gello, no binders, no nothing. By using the grinder, the meat pieces are cut into consistant bite size chunks with minimum amount of fine particals to cause water polution. Use smaller cut holes for growout and bigger cut holes for adults. Fresh salmon works out for me alot better than beefheart. Easy to fillet, debone, and don't have a gazillion blood vessels to mess with like beefheart.

Great info round head.I use to feed my discus 1,4, and 7.

beef heart + garlic yum their fravoit and ocationally some bloodworm+flake for vitamin and protain etc.
i feed them anything that falls in the tank
